Silvana Padmanabhan

After receiving a Master's Degree in Social Work in 2001 from the University of Texas at Austin, I have served as a mental health counselor in various behavioral health programs. I have a passion for helping people and from an early age I thought about how I could do just that. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I provide treatment for a wide variety of behavioral health conditions including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship issues, communication difficulties, family of origin issues, and life transitions. The majority of my decades plus experience was gained through providing mental health counseling for veterans through the VA.
